Return Policy

We provide very detailed information on each product that we sell to help you make product selection much easier when shop online. From material name, functions and actual-size introduction, we encourage you to use these information when you make a purchase, as all sales are final that considering health and hygiene reasons due to the intimate nature of our products.

Within 30 days of receipt, you can report any defective items and such items can be replaced.The warranty is valid against defects that are due to faulty workmanship or materials. It does not cover damages due to improper use or any use not indicated by the item user manual. Within 7 days of receipt, you can report any clothing items that do not fit. Such items can be exchanged for a different size.

How to make a return:
- Contact customer service to obtain an RMA(Return Merchandize Authorization) number.
- Make sure you enclose your name, order ID, and the reason for the return in the return package.
- items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Shipping fee will not be refunded on unclaimed/refused/undeliverable packages.
- We reserve the right to refuse credit on used items in violation of the spirit of this policy.
- All returned items are non-resalable and they will be destoryed.

How soon will I receive my refund?
Once we received your item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
